  • Support the proposed Executive Order vesting the DOJ Secretary the authority to discipline or imposed administrative sanctions to erring public prosecutors

This policy recommendation seeks to provide an expedient procedure in imposing disciplinary or administrative sanction/s to erring public prosecutors by transferring the authority to discipline prosecutors from the Prosecutor General to the Secretary of the Department of Justice.
